Refundable breakages deposit of € 500 required on arrival,to be refunded at your departure subject to satisfactory cleaning service inspection.

RATE FOR 2 WEEKS : 3800euro all included
RATE FOR 1 MONTH : 6000euro all included

Payment to be made by Bank transfer or Paypal

500euro upon booking and balance 2 weeks prior to rental.

Security Deposits:
Refundable Deposit : 500euro for any breakages,
to be paid at arrival in your currency and back at the end of stay.

Maid Service: Final cleaning rate is 100euro - Extra maid service can be arranged on request.

Chef at Home: on request lady chef can come cook for you a faboulous dinner venetian and italian specialities !

Utilities are all included for short term rentals
Longer rentals(more than 1 month)

Details

The total rent includes all taxes and utility charges.
An initial set of bed linen and towels are included upon your arrival.
More Maid or Baby Sitter is on request. Lady chef can cook for you at home on request.
For hygiene purposes, please make sure that the trash/rubbish
bin is emptied every day (put outside in the court-yard every morning)
as well as all dishes done/washed before your departure.
Please close all windows when leaving the apartment (because of cats!)

Security deposit of 500euro or other currency

The security deposit will be held as a security against breakages or damages until the day of your departure when the flat is returned in it's original condition and state of cleanliness.
